5 dinners in 15 minutes

Hi Reader,

There are some evenings when the last thing I feel like doing is spending an hour in the kitchen. And while I absolutely love cooking, I also love a recipe that requires very little time or effort but still delivers on flavour.

I've noticed just how much you all love my quick and easy dinners, so I thought I'd do something a little different this week and share five of my favourites in one email. These are the recipes I turn to when time is not on my side, but I still want something delicious on the table.

All of these recipes can be on the table in 15 minutes!

✨ 15 minute dinners ✨

These juicy, golden garlic butter steak bites are tossed through the most delicious sauce and come together in just 15 minutes. Serve with some steamed rice or fresh bread to make things quick and easy!

If there was ever a recipe that felt like a warm hug in a bowl, it would be pastina. It's buttery, cheesy and wonderfully comforting, and something I now love making for my own children.

You really can't go wrong with prawns cooked in lots of garlic and butter! This is one of those recipes that feels a little fancy but requires very little time or effort, making it perfect for a quick midweek dinner.

This one pot pea pasta is the kind of simple, comforting pasta I grew up eating in my Italian family. Everything cooks together in one pot, making it just as easy to clean up as it is to cook.

Made with just three simple ingredients, these Greek yoghurt flatbreads are beautifully soft, fluffy and incredibly easy to make. They're delicious stuffed with your favourite fillings or served alongside the garlic butter prawns or steak bites, and if you have a little extra time, I highly recommend brushing them with garlic butter!

Buy me a bottle of olive oil! 🫒

I keep all my recipes free so everyone can cook along. If you’d like to support my work, leaving a tip helps me keep creating and sharing with you 💛

Hello Reader, There are very few things in life that can't be improved with a little of my homemade garlic butter. And when I say a little, I obviously mean a lot! These garlic butter steak bites are one of those recipes that feel incredibly indulgent but take almost no time or effort to make. We're talking beautifully golden, caramelised pieces of steak tossed through a rich garlic butter sauce with sweet red onion, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and plenty of fresh parsley. And the best...

Hello Reader, I think we can all agree that the best kind of dinner is one that requires very little washing up afterwards. And if it involves pasta, cream, lots of parmesan cheese and juicy chicken breast, even better! My latest recipe is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and I have a feeling it's going to become a regular in your dinner rotation. It's not your traditional Alfredo. The chicken is generously coated in spices and seared until beautifully golden, while the pasta cooks...

Hello Reader, I'm back with another weekly meal plan! Last week, I shared my very first meal plan with you, and I've decided to share this week's with you too. One thing I hear from you all the time is that the hardest part of cooking dinner isn't necessarily the cooking itself. It's deciding what on earth to make every single night. And I completely understand that! Even as someone who cooks for a living, I often find myself standing in front of the fridge wondering what to make for dinner....
