I need your help...(again)!

Hi Reader,

Firstly, thank you.

After my last email where I spoke about the future of my website and trying to keep my recipes free for as long as I can, I was completely blown away by your replies. Some of you shared such thoughtful messages about the future of recipe websites, AI and what my recipes have meant to your families over the years. And I read every single one (whilst also trying to reply to all of them so I am sorry if I missed any).

One thing became very clear to me. You want to support my work and you want to see Daen's Kitchen continue for many years to come.

As I've been thinking about what comes next, I've realised I'm a little stuck. I honestly go back and forth about what to do that it's starting to stunt my growth, work and send me a little mad!!

I know I need to build something beyond my free website. I just can't decide what that should be.

So I'd love your help one last time.

If you could only choose one, which would you be most excited to pay for?

🥘 Option A: A Digital Cookbook

A beautifully designed digital cookbook filled with 30 Mediterranean midweek dinners. Think reliable recipes with meal prep notes, freezer tips, shopping lists, ingredient swaps and all the little things that make getting dinner on the table easier. This would be the first of many to come!

❤️ Option B: A Daen's Kitchen Membership

A monthly membership with exclusive recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, behind the scenes content, freezer guides and plenty of extras that wouldn't live on my website.

💛 Option C: Honestly... I'd buy both!

I'd also love to know why you chose that option. Your feedback genuinely helps shape what I create, and I'd rather build something you truly want than spend months creating something nobody asked for.

Click your option above and then reply and let me know why you choose it and if your'e happy to share, how much you would be willing to pay for it.

Thank you for always being so generous with your ideas. It means more than you know. Especially as I enter a time of so much change where the future is uncertain.

Daen xoxo

Hello Reader, It’s been a very busy week over here and I am feeling it! I’m tired, I don’t particularly feel like cooking anything complicated, and all I want for dinner is something warm and comforting... especially since it's still cold in Australia! So I’m making my Roasted Pumpkin & Garlic Pasta. It’s one of those recipes that feels like a big cosy hug in a bowl. The pumpkin and garlic roast until soft and caramelised, and then everything comes together into the creamiest pasta. I’m...

Hello Reader, There are some recipes that feel like they were quite literally made for me, and Gambas al Ajillo is one of them. Prawns swimming in golden olive oil with LOTS of garlic, a little chilli and plenty of crusty bread for dipping. It’s simple Spanish cooking at its absolute best. My little trick is to buy prawns with their heads and shells still on because we are absolutely not throwing those away! I fry them in the olive oil first, which turns it this beautiful deep golden colour...

Hello Reader, It is well and truly soup season for us in Australia, and all I want right now are big bowls of something warm and comforting for dinner that makes me feel all cozy and fuzzy inside! So let me introduce you to Sopa de Ajo (Spanish Garlic Soup). This is such a simple, humble Spanish recipe made with lots of garlic (obviously), bread, paprika, stock and eggs. The bread soaks up all that beautiful garlicky broth, the paprika gives it so much warmth and flavour, and the eggs make it...
