Hello Reader, There are very few things in life that can't be improved with a little of my homemade garlic butter. And when I say a little, I obviously mean a lot! These garlic butter steak bites are one of those recipes that feel incredibly indulgent but take almost no time or effort to make. We're talking beautifully golden, caramelised pieces of steak tossed through a rich garlic butter sauce with sweet red onion, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and plenty of fresh parsley. And the best part? They're ready in just 10 minutes! Now, there is one little thing I should mention. To make this a true 10 minute dinner, you'll need to prepare the garlic butter beforehand. But don't let that put you off! The recipe makes a very generous batch of garlic butter, and it's one of those things I absolutely love having tucked away in my fridge. I love serving these steak bites over a big bowl of creamy mashed potatoes so not a single drop of that glorious sauce goes to waste. Although, some rice or a thick slice of crusty white bread works just as well. In fact, I would argue it's essential!

Hi Reader, There are some evenings when the last thing I feel like doing is spending an hour in the kitchen. And while I absolutely love cooking, I also love a recipe that requires very little time or effort but still delivers on flavour. I've noticed just how much you all love my quick and easy dinners, so I thought I'd do something a little different this week and share five of my favourites in one email. These are the recipes I turn to when time is not on my side, but I still want...
Hello Reader, I think we can all agree that the best kind of dinner is one that requires very little washing up afterwards. And if it involves pasta, cream, lots of parmesan cheese and juicy chicken breast, even better! My latest recipe is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and I have a feeling it's going to become a regular in your dinner rotation. It's not your traditional Alfredo. The chicken is generously coated in spices and seared until beautifully golden, while the pasta cooks...
Hello Reader, I'm back with another weekly meal plan! Last week, I shared my very first meal plan with you, and I've decided to share this week's with you too. One thing I hear from you all the time is that the hardest part of cooking dinner isn't necessarily the cooking itself. It's deciding what on earth to make every single night. And I completely understand that! Even as someone who cooks for a living, I often find myself standing in front of the fridge wondering what to make for dinner....
