Your dinners are sorted for the week!

Hello Reader,

I'm back with another weekly meal plan!

Last week, I shared my very first meal plan with you, and I've decided to share this week's with you too.

One thing I hear from you all the time is that the hardest part of cooking dinner isn't necessarily the cooking itself. It's deciding what on earth to make every single night. And I completely understand that! Even as someone who cooks for a living, I often find myself standing in front of the fridge wondering what to make for dinner.

So, I've taken a little bit of that thinking off your plate.

This week's meal plan includes four delicious dinners, a complete grocery list with quantities, tips on what you can prepare ahead of time and advice on storing your leftovers. The idea is that you can do one grocery shop, get a little organised and spend less time worrying about what to cook.

Here's what's cooking this week:

  • Monday: One Pot Pea Pasta. A beautifully simple pasta that's creamy without a drop of cream.
  • Tuesday: Pastina with Hidden Veggies. A brand new, exclusive recipe I've created just for this meal plan! It's comforting, nourishing and a clever way to sneak a few extra vegetables into dinner.
  • Wednesday: Spanish Potato Salad. Potatoes, tuna, boiled eggs and lots of good olive oil. A complete meal in itself and even better when made ahead.
  • Thursday: Chicken Breast in Creamy Mushroom Sauce. Rich, creamy and absolutely delicious with some crusty bread to soak up all that sauce.

I'm particularly excited to share the pastina recipe with you because it's one you won't find on my website. I've also included a little trick for making the vegetable broth ahead of time so dinner comes together in minutes.

And one of my favourite things about these meal plans is that everything is in one place. You can cook directly from the PDF without having to jump between recipes on my website, and it's completely ad-free! Just the recipes, the ingredients and everything you need to get dinner on the table.

I'm also exploring the idea of creating a little members' corner of Daen's Kitchen, where you could enjoy an ad-free experience across my entire website, exclusive recipes and weekly meal plans just like this one. It's something I've been thinking about for a while, and I'm excited about what it could become.

But for now, I hope you enjoy having another week of dinners planned for you!

And I would really love to hear from you. Did you cook anything from last week's meal plan? Would you like me to keep making these? Simply hit reply and let me know. Your feedback genuinely helps me work out what to create next.

Happy cooking!

Daen xoxo

Hello Reader, There are very few things in life that can't be improved with a little of my homemade garlic butter. And when I say a little, I obviously mean a lot! These garlic butter steak bites are one of those recipes that feel incredibly indulgent but take almost no time or effort to make. We're talking beautifully golden, caramelised pieces of steak tossed through a rich garlic butter sauce with sweet red onion, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and plenty of fresh parsley. And the best...

Hi Reader, There are some evenings when the last thing I feel like doing is spending an hour in the kitchen. And while I absolutely love cooking, I also love a recipe that requires very little time or effort but still delivers on flavour. I've noticed just how much you all love my quick and easy dinners, so I thought I'd do something a little different this week and share five of my favourites in one email. These are the recipes I turn to when time is not on my side, but I still want...

Hello Reader, I think we can all agree that the best kind of dinner is one that requires very little washing up afterwards. And if it involves pasta, cream, lots of parmesan cheese and juicy chicken breast, even better! My latest recipe is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and I have a feeling it's going to become a regular in your dinner rotation. It's not your traditional Alfredo. The chicken is generously coated in spices and seared until beautifully golden, while the pasta cooks...
