My 20 minute honey garlic butter salmon ✨

Hi lovely friends,

This Honey Garlic Butter Salmon is one of those dinners that feels a little bit special but is secretly so easy to make.

It starts the way many of my favourite recipes do… with butter, garlic confit and olive oil gently sizzling in a pan. Once the garlic turns fragrant, a little honey goes in and creates the most beautiful glossy sauce that coats the salmon as it cooks.

It’s the type of dinner I make when I want something nourishing and comforting but don’t have the energy for anything complicated. The entire dish comes together in about 20 minutes (sub the garlic confit for fresh garlic) and only uses a handful of ingredients.

If you have salmon in the fridge tonight, I highly recommend making this.

Spanish Garlic Prawns is a simple yet incredibly flavourful dish is a staple in tapas bars across Spain, made with just a few ingredients. But the magic lies in two essentials: lots of garlic and lots of olive oil.

These garlic butter shrimp (or prawns as we call them over my way in Australia) are pan fried to perfection and then tossed through a rich garlic butter sauce.

This shrimp (prawn) and saffron spaghetti is the kind of pasta that feels restaurant worthy but is surprisingly simple to make at home.

Buy me a bottle of olive oil! 🫒

It’s definitely not spring here in Melbourne, Australia right now. I am currently curled up on the couch with my slippers, a warm jumper and a hot cup of tea… but I feel like I’ve been living in it a little bit lately. As all my US friends enter spring, every time I open my phone my feed is filled with lovely light, green meals. And one thing I keep noticing everywhere right now? Artichokes. Which happens to be one of my absolute favourite vegetables to cook with. So if you are heading into...
