Hello Reader, If you’ve been here for a while, there’s a very good chance you know my cherry tomato pasta. It’s one of those recipes I make more times than I can count. Cherry tomatoes are cooked in lots of olive oil and garlic until they burst open and turn into the most beautiful, sweet and jammy sauce. Add pasta, parmesan, fresh basil and a little pasta water and you have something incredibly simple but SO delicious. Well, this version is that pasta’s slightly fancier sister with a bit of a protein hit! I top that glossy cherry tomato pasta with golden seared scallops, cooked in butter, garlic and herbs until caramelised on the outside and beautifully tender in the middle. And while it looks like something you might order at a restaurant, it comes together in around 20 minutes. The scallops make it feel a little special, but if scallops aren’t your thing, prawns work beautifully here too. Sear them in the same garlicky butter and pile them straight on top of the pasta.

These garlic butter steak bites are one of those recipes that feel incredibly indulgent but take almost no time or effort to make. We're talking beautifully golden, caramelised pieces of steak tossed through a rich garlic butter sauce with sweet red onion, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and plenty of fresh parsley. And the best...
Hi Reader, There are some evenings when the last thing I feel like doing is spending an hour in the kitchen. And while I absolutely love cooking, I also love a recipe that requires very little time or effort but still delivers on flavour. I've noticed just how much you all love my quick and easy dinners, so I thought I'd do something a little different this week and share five of my favourites in one email. These are the recipes I turn to when time is not on my side, but I still want...
Hello Reader, I think we can all agree that the best kind of dinner is one that requires very little washing up afterwards. And if it involves pasta, cream, lots of parmesan cheese and juicy chicken breast, even better! My latest recipe is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and I have a feeling it's going to become a regular in your dinner rotation. It's not your traditional Alfredo. The chicken is generously coated in spices and seared until beautifully golden, while the pasta cooks...
